NPJS supports agency efforts for continuous personnel and systems improvement with the goal to strengthen operations and to provide better services to facility staff, court services, and community-based professionals and to the at-risk and delinquent youth in their care.
NPJS values the opportunity to work with local, state, and federal agencies to improve the juvenile services profession.
